Return & Exchange
If you need to make a return/exchange, we do encourage you to reuse the box or bag that your order was delivered in.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange.
1. Contact customer service support@textale.tech to negotiate the return or exchange.
2. Please send the goods to: 2221 Remington Ave, Ontario, CA 91762 (GCUSReturn G10089(16)).
3. We'll process your return/exchange and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service here as soon as possible. Then we will take care of your concern.
Important information when returning or exchanging`
- Return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and with hangtags attached.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Refund time-frame:
For returned items or items for exchange, we'll process your return/exchange and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 5 business days.For lost packages, we'll process within 15 business days.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
PayPal account refunds: Up to 7 business days
Credit card refunds: Up to 7 business days
